I am a qualified personal trainer, self defence and physical intervention instructor, I also hold qualifications in counselling and have studied many oriental based practices to health and wellbeing. I have trained in Asia, America and the UK, with a previous background in security including close protection, which has given me the opportunity to learn from many different people in a variety of situation.

Xen-Rokai Combat Self defence training course designed for the modern day warrior. looking at not only the physical elements involved in self-defence but emotional development, environmental awareness and the use of reasonable force.
This system is quick and easy to learn, unlike most martial arts which can take years to grasp with multi functional or complicated moves.
The best defence is to educate and equip yourself with the knowledge on how to deal with the highest level of threat.
