I’m an Integrated Performance Coach and the founder of The Quadra Effect—a system designed to develop real-world strength through four key disciplines: fitness, self-defence, therapy, and outdoor challenge.
My background spans multiple areas of training, instruction, and real-world experience.
I am a qualified martial arts and self-defence instructor, with training in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Aikido, Ninjitsu, and Muay Thai. My approach focuses on practical application—developing awareness, control, and the ability to manage conflict under pressure, rather than relying on theory alone.
Alongside this, I am a qualified personal trainer, helping individuals build strength, resilience, and physical capability that carries over into everyday life.
I also hold qualifications in counselling, allowing me to support the development of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and internal stability.
My experience extends beyond training environments. I have worked across multiple real-world settings, including close protection and mental health transport, where managing risk, understanding behaviour, and maintaining control in high-pressure situations are essential.
I am currently studying outdoor
adventure education, using environment and challenge as tools to build resilience, perspective, and adaptability.
